At Her Velmora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns :-

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items :-

• Used beauty or skincare devices.
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout.
• Gift cards or downloadable products.

How to Start a Return :-

Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return. Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds :-

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
